Spirituality
There are some that would associate spirituality with religion, traditions, beliefs in god systems and the power that created life and the universe, or anything that has to do with the soul and the spirit. For some, spirituality could imply meditation, yoga, the expansion of the consciousness and spiritual awakening. It can be agreed that spirituality means something different to each and every human being living on planet earth at this very moment. The common factor amongst all these definitions and ideas is that spirituality goes beyond the physical world as us humans know of.
At some point in time, most human beings will experience such a feeling, in that there is something greater than the physical world they are accustomed to. Whether this feeling is driven by existing beliefs, moments of self-awakening, various experiences or by a mystery of some sort, these moments can be both humbling and grounding. One of the most sacred aspects of spirituality, is that is experienced differently by each and every person and goes far beyond than our sciences can prove. Dagmar Popp's paintings on spirituality help attract this moment of awakening into the conscious and sub-conscious mind.
